Shipping
US Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders will deliver via UPS ground within 5-7 business days after production. Free shipping is applicable in the contiguous United States for orders exceeding $1000 USD.
International Shipping
All international orders will deliver via DHL Express within 4-6 business days after production. Free shipping is eligible based on total spend and location. If your location is not available on at check out, please inquire with ry@rutdstudio.com and shipping cost will be provided.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday period, please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships.
RETURNS
Regular Sale Items
We are happy to accept returns of items that are unworn with original tags, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it, within 21 days of receiving the parcel. If 21 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as DHL Tracked. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.

Made-To-Order Items
Made-To-Orders items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds. If there is an issue with the product or is damaged, we offer repairs and alterations. Please email ry@rutdstudio.com regarding your case.

Shipping Costs
Unfortunately, all shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Refunds for Returns
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You will receive an email notification to alert you that a refund is being processed.
Cancellation Policy
As many or our items operate in a made-to-order model, we are unable to cancel your order if it has been longer than 7 days as your item will already be in production.
